Every day of the MamaLift program introduces new educational content and interactive exercises designed by clinical psychologists to support women during the time following delivery. Augmented reality exercises help to make the learning fun and engaging.

MamaLift includes sleep, mood, and activity trackers to highlight trends in these areas and help you stay on top of your sleep, mood, and acitivites.
